- – 2 oz Block Head
- – 1 oz simple syrup
- – 1 oz lime juice
- – 2 oz soda water
- – 10 mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint sprig
Glass: Collins
Method:
Lightly press mint in a shaker.
Combine all ingredients, except soda water into the shaker.
Add ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Fine strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
Top with soda.
Stir.
Garnish with a mint spring.
