
Block Head Sour #1
- – 2 oz Block Head
- – 1 oz simple syrup
- – 1 oz lemon juice
- – 1 Egg white
- – 2 dashes Bitters
Garnish: 3 caramel popcorns
Glass: Coupe
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake.
Add ice.
Shake again until well-chilled.
Strain over into a coupe glass.
Garnish with 3 caramel popcorns.
