- – 2 oz Block Head
- – 4 oz pineapple juice
- – 1.5 oz coconut cream
Garnish: pineapple slice
Glass: Collins
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice.
Shake until well-chilled.
Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.
